Watch a read-only calendar (e.g. a TripIt subscription) and automatically block time before and after each flight or train so people can't book you through your booking link while you're getting to the airport or settling in afterwards.

Pick a writable calendar dedicated to booking-link availability. You can hide this calendar in your normal Outlook view to keep things clean — your booking tool will still see the busy blocks.

Matching rules

Train prefixes (comma-separated, case-insensitive)

Any event whose subject starts with one of these is treated as a train.

Flight regex (matched against the trimmed subject)

Default matches an airline code + flight number at the start, e.g. BA 123, LH28, AA 1298.
